Topping up call balance for outgoing calls

There is no initial call balance on the sim card, so we strongly recommend you to top up the call balance according to your needs, when you order from us. We sell top up vouchers in denomination of €10 each. The call credit is used for outgoing calls/bundles and to send text messages.

For example, to activate the 50 minutes package of calls to Australia, you need €5 balance. The bundle is activated with a quick text message (instructions included with SIM)

Receive calls in Greece

A Greek mobile phone number is included, that can be used when people within Greece or travel companions, want to call you. All calls are free of charge to receive.

Making international calls using the Greek SIM card

When making international calls using the SIM card for Greece, just dial the number in international format, starting with a + sign followed by the international country code and number without the leading 0 in the area code.

For example, to call the Australian (country code 61)
mobile number 0411 222 333 you dial +61 411 222 333

SIM card validity

The SIM card is valid for one year.

According to country specific regulations the operator requires that a photo copy of your passport is attached in order for them to activate your SIM card. An image upload URL is attached in your order confirmation e-mail.

Once received, we will pass it on to the operator. We will not use it for any other purpose. As soon as your SIM card is activated, the passport image is removed from our system.

We take care of, and process the SIM Card registration for you, so that the SIM card you receive from us is registered and ready to use when you arrive.
